Rooted in an Afro-indigenous feminist lens, Dr. García Brands helps answer the question, beyond the roles you occupy, what are the practices that make you more fully alive? To date, Dra. García has served thousands through keynotes, workshops, classes, coaching, and retreats.
Her signature framework, Queen Mindset Leadership®, integrates two core teachings: decolonial leadership that centers the self, nature, and cosmos; and slow creative living that centers flow over product, depth over quantity, and sustainability over hustle.

My keynote thesis: the opposite of systemic oppression is systemic expression.
